Are the printing inks environmentally friendly?

For our printing we use only the best quality. Our printing inks are manufactured to the highest quality and environmental standards in the European Union.

Where are the shirts made?

The shirts are produced in India under fair conditions and printed in Vienna with love by hand. Each shirt is unique.

 

How far does your sustainability idea go?

Starting with our products, which are 100% fair-trade cotton and printed with eco-friendly colors, we also value sustainability in shipping, our merchandising and marketing products. Our bags are made of recycled PE, our stickers are made of PVC-free eco-adhesive film with environmentally friendly latex printing, as well as our business cards made of recycled cardboard. To complete our environmentally conscious approach, the invoices only ship digitally - save the trees!

What should I pay attention to when washing the shirts?

- Wash your products along with similar colors (inside out)
- Wash the at a maximum of 40 °
- Do not put in the dryer
- Do not iron directly on the design print
- Do not use fabric softeners

Can I track my shipment?

Usually the delivery time is 7 -10 days. If it should be delayed, please write us an email, we will find the delivery for you and contact us as soon as possible.

What do I do if I want to exchange my product or send it back?

After receiving your delivery, you can return the shirt to us within 14 days. More detailed information can be found in our terms and conditions.

If you want to exchange the product, order the desired product again in our shop. We ask you to contact us in advance so that we can process your order as quickly as possible.

What is the waiting time if a product is currently sold out?

If your desired product is currently not available, just send us an e-mail, we'll put you on the waiting list. As soon as we have received the subsequent delivery, you will be the first to place your order. As a rule, the waiting time lasts about 5 weeks.

I did not receive an order confirmation, what should I do?

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. Sometimes it can happen that our emails get lost there. If you can not find an order confirmation from us either, please send us an email, we will gladly process your order for you.
